A lime wash, applied by hand, gives the walls a concrete-like texture. Add a custom storage wall, solid wood shelving, minimalist lines throughout.

The desk anchors the center of the room, opening straight onto the water view through the patio door.

Storage stays closed off, out of sight, and the room ends up reading larger than its actual footprint.
